Celebrate World Breastfeeding Week with us at San Diego Latch On 2023 and support our work by coming out to enjoy the beautiful summer weather with your family at this fantastic free community event!

Celebrate World Chest/Breastfeeding Week with us at the San Diego Latch On event! Join the San Diego Breastfeeding Center Foundation, and our amazing sponsors - First 5 San Diego, Kindred Bravely, Baby Tula, Little Star Dentistry, and UCSD Extended Studies, in a fun-filled event for the whole family! While you wait for the actual Latch On to occur (at 10:30a), you can set up a picnic, hang out in the playground, peruse the vendor booths (you won’t want to miss these!), check out the Babywearing Demo and Parent/Me Yoga, and bid on our awesome auction items!
Our vendors include:
This year we will have two demos at the event: at 9:30AM a representative from Baby Tula will give us a baby-wearing tutorial with an emphasis on feeding in the carrier, and at 10:00 Joana from Reach Perinatal Support will host a 30 minute Baby-and-Me Yoga class in the shade under the trees.
The first 100 attendees to check in will get a FREE Latch On tote bag with treats
AND the wonderful Hot Bevs San Diego will be on the premises for all of your coffee and carb needs!

- businesses in the pre and post-birth world including: Little Star Pediatric Dentistry, Baby Tula, Becoming Peaceful, Mamas and Milk, Melanin Milk, Femme Strong PT, PUSH San Diego, San Diego Breastfeeding Center, Kindred Bravely, Little Star Pediatric Dentistry, Madden Family Chiropractic, The Parent Pad, Sweet Beginnings Doula, Terra Birthing, Reach Perinatal Support, and Rebellious Elegance Photography.
