This support group was created to fill the geographical need for lactation support in Southeast San Diego. We support families of all feeding preferences and goals. This group is run by a Black female lactation consultant from Southeast, in order to equitably and organically serve the local Black and Brown community. ALL are welcome. Babies ages 0 - 4. Moms & Dads.

Spend time with other families and babies. Learn and share valuable parenting advice. Find out how much breastmilk your baby is getting with a pre- and post-feed weight. Latch, positioning, and other chest/breastfeeding assistance will be offered by a registered lactation consultant or lactation educator.
